A community cleanup focused on Old York Road from 33rd Street to 39th Street and the Chestnut Hill Park on Saturday, April 30th 2016 from 9 AM until 12 PM. A coordinated Project Clean Stream effort between the Waverly Improvement Association, the Y of Central Maryland, the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, and Blue Water Baltimore. We will have two supply stations: the 600 block of Venable Avenue and the 600 block of Chestnut Hill Avenue.
We will have some tools like brooms and rakes, and gloves and bags will be provided, but if you have tools such as clippers, please bring these to help clear out areas of overgrowth. This will be the first cleanup of 2016. We look forward to seeing you there. Thank you for all you do to help keep Waverly ‘clean and green.’

While supplies last, we will also be giving away recycle bins to those who do not currently have one. These can be picked up, first come first served, on Venable Avenue.
